LCL Coaches Consultants was formed in 2012. The company is a product of over forty five years experience in Leadership and team development between our versatile resource people. We are a robust blend of varied experiences in global organisational consulting; cutting across the entire international business and non-business sectors. LAJORIN  is the Chief Executive Officer of LCL Coaches Consultants. Sina was the Chief operating Officer of Red Star Logistics Limited (Subsidiary of Red Star Express PLC – Licensee of FedEx Corporation. He is a CertifiedExecutive Coach, Kaplan University, USA, holds an MBA from University of Ibadan and a BSc. Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. Sina has two certifications in Advanced Management Development from Pan African University and Purple Leadership Institute, USA. A successful Business Leader and team player, Sina has led many teams to achieve consistent business targets. Sina is a Member, Chartered Institute of Management, Member Institute of Strategic Management, Member, International Consultancy Institute, and an Alumnus of Pan African University. Sina Lajorin combines natural flair with seasoned trainings and experience to deliver coaching and mentoring sessions toward achieving extraordinary results.

Elizabeth Rotimi
Dr John is a human resource practitioner spanning over three decades. Was HR Director at Unipetrol and also at Berger Paints Plc.  He specialises in personal effectiveness, communication, Performance Management and marketing.

Dr Adegoke has a PhD in Theology and an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration, Bradley University, USA. He is also an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management Member of the Institute of Training & Development, UK Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.

John Adegoke PhD
Adeyemi holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, he is an excellent communicator. He is a professional in the Medical and analytical sciences and had worked with MTN Nigeria Ltd as a client/organisation inter-phase executive before joining MacTay Consulting.

Dr. Ade Adelekan
Folajimi holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) certificate from China Europe International Business School. Shanghai, China. Folajimi is an ex banker, was head of consumer banking in IMBN, successful entrepreneur and innovative business Leader. He has expansive training delivery experience in diverse cultures, in China, Spain and India. Folajimi’s hands -on experience as a training consultant, strategist,entrepreneur and mentor is a veritable resource to the Board and training faculty of the Company.
Fadenipo Folajimi
Hannah Oyebanjo  is the past Marketing Director of GlaxoSmithKline. She has had over two decade experience in brand management, sales and marketing communications. Hannah has immense experience in Advertising and Public Relations, having worked with TBWA/Concept and C&F Porter Novelli. She has both managed and led her team in special functions such as Medical & Expert Marketing and Trade/Channel Marketing. 

Hannah was recently responsible for healthy double digit growths across product categories through the launch and re-launch of over ten products within GSK Consumer stables; with 3 International Awards in 3 years.

She is a notable industry icon with impressive pedigree, a multi award winner at various levels spanning academics, business and social basis .She was awarded an honorary fellow with Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (2012). Hannah is an experienced mentor, trainer and motivational leader with diverse local and foreign trainings career.

He has also led teams to successful completion of projects for clients.
